Shipping Policy

Shipping info is on each individiual listing.

My stuff is a mix of 'shipped by me' and 'shipped by third party' - each listing will tell you what to expect. Prints and collectibles are typically shipped by me personally, and are sent within two business days. I send them Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK orders) or Royal Mail International Standard (rest of the world).

Clothing, mugs, coasters and the occasional other item are printed on-demand by an indie company here in the UK. They have a 3-5 day turnaround before despatching orders directly to you, and they use a variety of shipping methods depending on where you order from. This will be shown in the checkout process.

All items are shipped plastic-free (YAY!) and in full recyclable packaging. Gotta keep Mama Nature happy.

Return & Exchange Policy

One of the reasons I like using a print-on-demand supplier is that it keeps waste to a minimum. This is good for the planet and good for pockets. I also have a teeny tiny Victorian terrace house so keep a bajillion hoodies in stock just ain't gonna fly.

What it does mean, particularly with clothing, is that it's SUPERIMPORTANT to make sure you order the right size. Full sizing info is included in the product images on clothing listings, so PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE check them carefully - I always recommend measuring your fave sweatshirt, tee, hoodie, whatever - and then comparing the measurements to the chart to see if it's OK with you.

Of course, sometimes, they can't be helped, so please do get in touch using the contact form - and returns are accepted only if returned within 30 days of ordering. Return postage costs are covered by you, and you'll be refunded the cost of the original item. You're then free to order an alternative size should you want to.
