Your support means everything to me as a small business owner. So, I like to do everything I can to make sure you receive a tip-top service, and quality products. I've worked hard to make sure that any third party suppliers I use do that too.

If you have any queries about an order that you've placed, a product you're interested in, a commission, or anything else, I welcome messages and chats from you :) Feel free to use the contact form on the homepage (or find me on Instagram or TikTok ) with any questions, comments, or feedback - and if you need help I'll do my utmost to provide it. Life's already too full of hurdles and piles of poop to get over, we don't need any more, right?

In short, you can be 100% confident that I will never abuse or resell your personal information. You have choices about how to sign up for an account at The Lachimolalounge, so it's entirely up to you if you want to link a Facebook or Google account...or use an email address to keep it separate - and you don't have to sign up at all. The only info I'll personally ask you for is your name and email address if (and only if) you choose to sign up to my mailing list on the popup that appears when you first get onto the site.
